Rinsing System
The rinsing unit uses a linear bottle neck-holding mechanism that ensures stable bottle positioning without damaging PET bottles. With stainless steel grippers and internal spraying nozzles, each bottle is flushed with purified water to remove dust and contaminants. The system includes a closed-loop rinse water recovery feature to reduce water consumption — ideal for operations that emphasize hygiene and sustainability.

Filling System
At the heart of the Reliable 441 is a precision-engineered gravity or flow meter filling system (configurable). The servo-controlled valves provide highly accurate filling levels even under variable line speeds. Contactless filling minimizes contamination risk, while the modular valve design allows for easy maintenance and CIP (Clean-in-Place). This filling system is especially optimized for still mineral water, ensuring no foaming and stable flow into the bottle.

Capping System
The capping section features magnetic torque control for consistent cap tightening without damaging caps or bottles. A non-contact cap sorter with photoelectric detection prevents incorrect cap application, while the stainless steel structure resists corrosion. Quick-change cap heads and easy-access maintenance points keep downtime to a minimum.
