Water Treatment System
- Low-pressure shutdown protection. When the pre-treatment water supply is insufficient and the high-pressure pump inlet pressure is lower than 0.05MPa, the protection action will be automatically stopped and an audible and visual alarm will be issued.
- The pretreatment is equipped with a control multi-way valve, and the quartz sand filter and the activated carbon filter are automatically cleaned under a certain pressure difference.
- The reverse osmosis membrane cleaning system is equipped with physical cleaning, chemical cleaning, and filling of the reverse osmosis membrane module.
Syrup Mixing System
- It adopts a high-quality water pump and Siemens electrical equipment and other parts to form a complete automatic control system.
- The advantages are motor coordination, beautiful appearance, convenient rinsing, and high automatic level.

Rinsing Filling Capping Machine
- The machine is mainly used in the beverage-filling operations.
- Suitable for non-carbonated drink-filling machines, The three functions of bottle wash, fill and seal are composed in one body of the machine.
Inverted-Bottle Sterilization System
- This machine is mainly composed of a bracket, a vertical bottle-feeding device, a horizontal bottle-feeding device, and a power device.
- It adopts a mechanical stepless transmission device and the output is adjustable.
- The frame is made of SUS304 stainless steel, with a beautiful appearance and easy operation.
Cooling System
- The machine reduces the temperature of hot filling drinks to 36-40 or increases the temperature of cold filling carbonic acid drinks to 36 — 40.
- It is used in PE bottled hot tea drinks and carbonic acid drinks cold filling production lines. The machine can eliminate the condensed water on the external side of bottles, and keep bottles clean and dry.
