Description
Rinsing System – Ensuring Bottle Hygiene
The rinsing station uses invert grippers and high-pressure sterile water spray to clean bottle interiors. Adjustable nozzles ensure deep, uniform rinsing. The entire unit is enclosed with a stainless steel shield to prevent recontamination.
Fruit Pulp Hot Filling System – Gentle but Precise
This is the heart of the machine. The filling valve is specially designed for viscous liquids with pulp — featuring a widened valve bore and dual-stage filling to prevent pulp blocking. The system maintains a filling temperature of 85–90°C, ensuring pasteurization without damaging fruit texture.
