Description

Washing Section
The washing station uses high-pressure nozzles and a rotary rinsing carousel to ensure complete sterilization of 5L PET or HDPE bottles before filling. Bottles are held by the neck or base using grippers made from wear-resistant polymer to prevent scratches or deformation. Internal and external washing can be done with filtered water, ozonized water, or even sterile air, depending on production requirements.
Filling Section
This machine typically adopts gravity or flow-meter-based filling valves to handle water with low viscosity. The entire filling process is performed under positive pressure to prevent secondary contamination. Anti-drip nozzles and CIP (Clean-in-Place) compatibility make cleaning and maintenance quick and safe. Optional filling accuracy can be maintained within ±1% tolerance.

Capping Section
The capping unit is servo-controlled to precisely place and torque plastic screw caps. The torque is adjustable to prevent under- or over-tightening, which is crucial for large-volume bottles like 5L to avoid leakage during transportation. The cap sorter and feeder are designed to handle large caps (typically 38–45mm) with anti-jam features.
