Washing Unit – Deep Cleaning for Hygiene Compliance
The washing station uses high-pressure, multi-step rinsing with internal and external nozzles to ensure all reused 5-gallon barrels are thoroughly cleaned. Equipped with stainless steel nozzles and optional hot water or ozone disinfection modules, it guarantees microbiological safety.
Expert Note: Many low-end systems skip external brushing, leading to contamination risks. We recommend a dual-action brushing + high-temp rinse for regions with higher hygiene regulations.
Filling Unit – Precision Filling with Zero Leakage
Our filling system employs gravity or pressure-based filling valves (depending on line speed). For example, a 600BPH line benefits from pressure valves with anti-leak diaphragm control, ensuring each 5-gallon bottle receives exactly the correct volume (±0.5%).
Technical Insight: The unique “no bottle–no fill” sensor system saves water and reduces operational errors, while the internal liquid contact surfaces are mirror-polished SS316L for maximum corrosion resistance and cleanability.
Capping Unit – Leak-Proof & Tamper-Evident Closure
Equipped with a pneumatic capping head, the machine ensures each cap is tightly sealed and tamper-evident. It supports both snap-on and screw-on caps with optional cap sterilization via UV or ozone.
