Description
Rinsing Unit
The rotary rinser is equipped with 30 stainless steel grippers and an advanced bottle inversion system. It uses ionized air or sterile water jets for internal bottle cleaning. The no-bottle-no-rinse function ensures water saving and energy efficiency. The rinsing turret is precision-machined for accurate bottle handling and smooth transition to the filling station.
Filling Unit
This section features 60 isobaric filling valves designed for carbonated beverages. The filling process is managed under CO₂ counter pressure, ensuring minimal gas escape and precise fill levels. The machine automatically adjusts filling parameters based on bottle size via servo control.
Capping Unit
The capping turret includes 15 magnetic torque capping heads, suitable for various cap types like aluminum crown caps or plastic screw caps. The heads offer adjustable torque, ensuring tight sealing without damaging the cap or bottle neck.
