High Pressure Washing Machine
Suitable for external cleaning and internal flushing of 5-gallon bottled drinking water production line buckets. The machine body is made of stainless steel, equipped with a cylinder, and the reduction motor cooperates with the cylinder to move the bucket up and down; the internal flushing uses a reduction motor to drive the chain to lift the flushing, the lifting height is close to the bottom of the bucket, up to 450mm, and the flushing pressure can reach 20Kg; the external flushing uses a reduction motor to drive the chain to drive the rotating brush. The rotating brush is designed to fit the shape of the bucket and can clean every detail of the bucket; the internal flushing nozzle uses a specially developed and customized high-pressure flushing nozzle that can withstand high pressure and wash the bucket at multiple angles

Palletizer Machine
The film packages delivered by the film package machine are divided into equal parts according to the same spacing through roller conveyor and acceleration belt separator, and the products are separated by the acceleration belt line to prepare for turning and grouping in advance
The film packages are turned or not turned through the pre-set PLC program
The products are transported to the alignment platform through the roller conveyor to realize automatic alignment and grouping of products;
