Flash Pasteurizer
- Instantaneous pasteurization consists of a three-stage plate heat exchanger, a high-pressure variable frequency beer pump, a heating system, a heat preservation system, a cooling system, a CIP cleaning system, a piping system and a control system.
Automatic CIP Cleaning System
- Fully automatic CIP cleaning equipment is commonly known as the cleaning-in-place system, also known as cleaning positioning or cleaning in place. Cleaning-in-place means that the equipment is cleaned without disassembling or moving the device, that is, high-temperature and high-concentration cleaning liquid is used to strongly act on the equipment to clean the contact surface with food. It is a method for cleaning and purifying production equipment with strict hygiene requirements. CIP is widely used in beverage, dairy, juice, wine and other food production enterprises with a high degree of mechanization.
Rinsing Filling Capping Machine
- Capacity: 2000-30000 bottles per hour/2000-30000 cans per hour
- This beer filling machine is mainly used in the beer filling with gas.
- It is mainly used in washing, filling, and sealing carbonated beverages such as beer, sparkling wine and so on.
- It is composed of a rotary washer, balanced pressure filler, screw-type sealer, and conveying system.
Pasteurization Tunnel
- This machine is suitable for pasteurization of glass bottles, cans, PET bottles and some soft packaging products after filling. It is also suitable for spray cooling of PET bottles after hot filling, and can also be used for warming bottles after filling carbonated beverages. Automatic continuous bottle feeding and discharging makes the traditional filling production line continuous and automated, covering sterilization and packaging.
