Description

Before Capping
Before entering the capping station, the 750ml sparkling wine glass bottles have already completed wooden corking and wire binding. The cork is securely pressed into the bottle neck and fixed with wire, providing a stable bottle condition for the final capping process.

Manual Aluminum Foil Cap Placement
Before semi automatic capping, the operator manually places an aluminum foil cap over the top of each 750ml sparkling wine bottle. The cap is positioned and aligned on the bottle neck to ensure proper placement before entering the semi automatic capping station.

Semi Automatic Capping
The semi automatic capping system is designed for 750ml sparkling wine glass bottles after corking and wire binding. It uses controlled pneumatic pressure to securely press the cap onto the bottle, ensuring stable and consistent capping performance. With a capacity of approximately 200–300BPH, it is suitable for small and medium scale sparkling wine production.
