Company history

We work on Lefeng Road in Leyu Town, Zhangjiagang. Filling, blowing, labeling, packing—the machines live in one plant. The name on the gate is Zhangjiagang Beyond Machinery Co., Ltd. We started in 2007. The part that has not changed is this: you send a bottle or a can, what goes in it, and the hall it has to run in. We try to match those three. A catalog photo cannot do that for you.

Water, juice, carbonated drinks, beer, and oil do not share a fill path. Bottles want rinse–fill–cap. Cans want fill and seam. If you only write a speed, we can still sketch a line. It will look tidy on paper. If you send the drawing and the drink, we can sit with you and argue the layout until it is one the operators can live with.

History

2007 Ten of us, about 1,000 square meters. We built bottle filling machines for water, juice, carbonated drinks, and beer—usually a single filler, sometimes a short line. The orders we still remember are the second ones: a plant that had already run the machine, and came back.

2010 We ran out of floor. Domestic jobs and export jobs were waiting in the same aisle. We moved to a 3,000 square meter workshop so a complete line could be assembled in one hall: filler, conveyor, then labeling and packing when the project needed it. Frames and parts are still cut here. The CNC shop is on the same site.

2012 Drawings used to sit in the workshop inbox. We opened a city-center office for domestic and overseas sales so a layout did not have to wait behind a machine being wired. The conversation with you is still short: bottle or can, still or carbonated, how many an hour, and how much of the line you want in one contract.

2015 Fillers were not enough. We added bottle blowing and packing, so a water or CSD plant could walk in with an empty-bottle brief and leave with the filler, the labeler, and the case packer on one drawing. One visit instead of three factories.

We hold 25 invention patents on filling and related equipment. The certificates page lists SGS and AAA. The patents matter in the drawing office. They do not replace a FAT with your bottle standing on the line.

The order of work has stayed the same: you inquire, we lay it out, we quote, we build, you come for factory acceptance, we ship, then we install and train at your plant. Spare parts and remote support sit after that—not instead of being there.

After-sales and installation

A line that only looks right in Zhangjiagang is not finished. We have learned that the hard way. The crate leaving China is when the real work starts: installation, operator training, the first weeks when something rattles and nobody wants to guess. That is why we keep after-sales and installation teams in Peru, India, the Middle East, and Africa. Commissioning should not wait on a long-haul ticket every time.

Peru. Local engineers put the filling machine and the usual auxiliaries—blowing, labeling, packing, water treatment—on your floor. They train the plant team standing next to the panel, and they stay for maintenance and repair.

India. A local partner network covers installation, commissioning, operator training, and after-sales on filling lines, including beer can and glass bottle lines. If you have already walked a hall with us there, you know it is not a video call.

Middle East and Africa. Installation teams do on-site commissioning and operator training, then remote support once the line is running. The after-sales page is the short version.

We want one industrial base that can take water, juice, carbonated drinks, beer, or oil and match it to the line you actually need—not a generic layout with the drink name swapped.
