This water bottling line for 1.5 L PET—32 filling heads, about 6000 bottles per hour, with 30 t/h RO + ozone treatment—is finishing factory testing in Zhangjiagang and will ship to Australia.

The full line: bottle unscrambler into rinse–fill–cap, then label and pack
See it run before it leaves
Before ocean freight, the line is commissioned in our plant—bottles in, water treated and filled, packs out. Watch the factory run:

What’s on this line
- Water treatment — 30 t/h reverse osmosis plus ozone disinfection; process water polished for filling
- Bottle unscrambler — empty PET bottles sorted and fed to the conveyor
- 32-head water filling machine — rinse, fill, and cap at ~6000 BPH on 1.5 L
- Labeling machine — labels after fill
- Packaging machine — shrink wrap machine / case packs ready to ship

This is the heart of the 6000 BPH duty—numbered heads, starwheels, and capping stations built for 1.5 L PET water.

Why this shipment matters
Most water-line quotes show you one machine and leave the rest to imagination. This project is the opposite: we ran the whole chain in our factory before a single crate left for Australia.
Water through a 30 t/h RO train and ozone polish. Bottles through the unscrambler without choking the conveyor. Thirty-two heads holding 6000 BPH on 1.5 L. Labels on, then the shrink wrap machine and packer still moving when the filler is at speed. That is what the video shows—and that is what ships on this water bottling line.
When the containers land Down Under, the buyer is not guessing whether treatment matches the filler or whether the starwheel fits the bottle. They already saw it run as one system.
Planning a similar water plant?
Send your bottle drawing, target speed, and water notes. We will scope treatment → unscrambler → filler → labeler → packer—and you can ask for the same factory-run video before shipment.
