We were just in this hall in Maharashtra. Plastic cans on the blue chain, people on the line, a GF24-8 filling and seaming. The drinks are still wine and juice—not beer. If a supplier already sent you a beer canning machine for this job, that is the wrong conversation.
This plastic can filling machine class runs about 150 cans per minute. You will still get a number against your can drawing. Catalog speed is a starting point, not a handshake.

Don’t copy a beer canner onto plastic wine
Beer wants cold, counter-pressure fill so the gas stays in the drink. Still wine and still juice in a plastic can do not. The wall is thin. We fill by gravity, dose liquid nitrogen, then double-seam. Skip the nitrogen and the can looks tired after a few days in the warehouse. We have had that talk standing next to the seamer more than once.
If what you actually have is a PET or glass bottle, start on juice filling machines. If it is aluminum beer or soda, the isobaric blocks live on the can filling machine page. Send the package first. We will tell you which door to walk through.

Fill, nitrogen, then the seam
No can, no fill. After the dose, the nitrogen turns to gas and holds the can round. Beer has bubbles to do that job. Wine and juice do not, so we add the nitrogen. Same path as the plastic can filling machine page.

Why there is a sleeve machine
Printed aluminum shells often skip a labeler. These plastic cans need a sleeve. After the seamer the line goes into the applicator, the steam tunnel, then the coder. If you are still deciding “print the shell or sleeve it,” that is a packaging call. We can walk it with you against labeling machines—just say which way the brand team is leaning.

Write to us the way the plant talks: wine, juice, or both. Still or sparkling. Can drawing. How many cans a minute you actually need. We will say if gravity plus nitrogen is the right path, or if you really need a beer canner. We would rather have that argument in email than after the machine is on the floor.

Can we run wine in the morning and juice after lunch?
Yes, if both are still. Tell us both recipes before we freeze the CIP. Switching drinks is a cleaning conversation, not a second filler.
Why liquid nitrogen on a plastic can?
Because the wall is plastic. Nitrogen after the fill holds the can in shape and knocks down leftover air. Beer carbonation does that on aluminum. Still wine and juice do not.
Is 150 CPM a promise?
It is the GF24-8 class. Foam, temperature, and your end type change the real number. We size it on your can, then we run it with you at commissioning—like this hall.
What should I send?
Can manufacturer drawing, fill volume, wine or juice (or both), and a target speed. Please do not attach a beer seamer spec and ask us to “make it work on plastic.”
